BSL Frontline Training

This is a unique specially designed course to introduce staff to British Sign Language relevant to their work place. Each course delivers British Sign Language and BSL Awareness to introduce staff to the needs and best practices when communicating with Deaf BSL users. This course is ideal for staff working in a face-to-face environment or who have Deaf clients or staff working within their organisation.

By doing this you are guaranteed that your staff and colleagues are learning the essentials needed to better perform their duties and make your organisation or work place more accessible for Deaf people.

Each course can be tailored to suit the requirements of your staff providing sign specific phrases that are used daily in your work place. Staff do not need any previous Sign Language experience to participate and it is open to all.
