We are looking for motivated & enthusiastic people to join the Deaf, Roots and Pride Team!
From experience, Deaf young people who had mentors were empowered to develop and gained confidence after about six months, it WILL be a rewarding experience to see how young people change from being very shy at the beginning of mentoring until the end of the relationship where you recognise how confident and proud they are as deaf young people, it is an incredible feeling.
The salary is £12 per hour, the number of hours will be determined on a case by case basis.

Deadline is on Friday 26th August 2016 at 4pm.
Applicants will be required to attend a one to one interview 8th September at Derby or 9th September at Birmingham. Also a group interview on 15th September at Derby.
Successful candidates must attend all of the training – Safeguarding and OCN Level 2 in Mentoring Young People at Risk.
