BSL Day Celebrations

Book BSL Grand Banquet

Book BSL Symposium

Hi! Welcome to London to this hotel,  the Holiday Inn in Bloomsbury.   The BDA will be hosting an event here soon. Come and look inside!

The hotel is near Russell Square.   The BDA will have a BSL Banquet here on 18th March.  Why? Because the Government recognised BSL as a language in 2003 and that’s why we remember March 18th.

Unfortunately we can’t go inside to have a look as the banqueting hall is popular so we can’t film the room.  The Banquet  is a Black tie event so men will need to wear black ties and suits and women a long dress.  There will be the Deaf Community Awards, an auction, a raffle and some entertainment.  It will start at 7pm and finish at 1am.

The menu is a 3 course meal with a half bottle of wine.  There are two options – meat and vegetarian.  It costs £50 for members and £60 for non-members.

If you want to stay at the hotel’s plush rooms there is a discount rate – this is £120 for one room (2 people each room).

You can book for yourself, two people or three, or you can book a table for 10 people.

Tickets are selling so book quickly – there is information on how to book at the end of this video.

The BDA looks forward to meeting you!
