We are working with the Riviera Congress Centre to make it easier for you to book your accommodation for the Congress this year. We have booked many hotels and rooms to make sure that everyone has a room.

All you need to do is to go to this web link:

You can search for all hotels that are available; simply state your request, length of stay and number of people. The Riviera will contact the hotel to secure a room and the hotel will contact you to confirm the booking and any deposit that may be needed.

When you make a booking, on-line or by post, you are not required to provide any credit card details, as the hotel will contact you directly to arrange deposit payments and issue their individual cancellation procedures to you. 

If you need to make any changes to your booking you should contact Paula Whaley directly at so she can make the changes for you with the hotels.
