Oak Lodge School is an Outstanding (OfSTED 2012) residential provision for deaf and language impaired students aged 10-19. The school follows a student-centred multi-modal approach to communication. We are looking for a Residential Worker to support a group of students with a range of needs in Phoenix House, the residential unit attached to Oak Lodge School. We are looking for a candidate that has excellent communication skills and knowledge of deafness, communication difficulties and mental health issues.
